Redline Hotel: Seat at the Table
A Razzle Dazzle Entertainment production, Kevin Benjamin directed and produced a branded documentary for the Redline, a boutique hotel in Venice, California, created to confront and reclaim the troubling history of redlining. Developed as part of an investment campaign to support the brand’s expansion into new locations, the film blended personal conversation, cultural context, and hospitality storytelling to communicate the Redline’s distinctive vision and community-centered mission.

FAST5: Vision
A Razzle Dazzle Entertainment production, Kevin Benjamin directed and produced a launch video for FAST5, an emerging five-player touch football league that combines competitive sports with the energy of a traveling music festival. The league’s innovative model also creates opportunities for fans to become team owners. Designed to introduce FAST5, attract players and fans, and engage potential sponsors and investors, the promotional piece featured an original spoken-word performance written and voiced by Sekou Andrews. Working without a production budget, Kevin and his editing team combined stock footage with previously shot material, music, sound design, and inventive post-production to bring the league’s ambitious vision to life — with Kevin even stepping in front of the camera for an appearance.
